considering a 1-ski quiver, but need input...

6'2", 215, advanced skier. When on groomers, want a ski that is stable at high speeds because I am driving hard. When off-piste, I want a lighter ski that floats and turns easily in powder or long tree runs. Crud-busting is a plus. Prefer 100 underfoot.

My thought is the Atomic Ritual 182 would be about perfect, but I am looking for advice from my fellow community before I pull the trigger. Thanks!

Welcome to EpicSki.  I've skied the Ritual and I liked it a lot, in fact I'm buying a pair next season.  Unless you want tip and tail rocker, consider the Nordica Enforcer or even the Hell and Back, Blizzard Bonafide.  Also do a search on here because there have been many discussions about ~100mm skis.

One thing you neglected to mention, and I overlooked, is where, geographically, do you ski.  If you're in the west, you're on the right track but if you're in the east, not so much.

This pair of skis will be for skiing out West. I am located in Minnesota, so I have a separate couple of pairs for skiing on ice-covered hills and goofing off 30-40 days of the year. The Rituals would be part of my trips to the Rockies; 10-15 days per year in total.

You might try a directed Google search . . . meaning using something like "atomic ritual: epicski".  Can get to any EpicSki reviews by using the Tag on the right column.
