Yes, Surgery to repair my complete tear in my right quad this Saturday. Injury happended 6 days ago while playing bball. Big snap and pop, fell to the ground, and in complete agony. Everyone's story is different, but we all want the same result, 100% quick recovery. Is there any advice, anything at all, that you can recommend to make my journey towards surgery and then to recovery, more enjoyable? I love to lift and want to get back to the gym asap. I know it wil be all upper body training, but when can I expect to get to the gym again? And, when can I expect to get back to work? I am a teacher and will have to of course drive to work. Peace.
