I've lost most of my enthusiasm for racing. I'm older, slow in the first place, and the community racing program I've had fun with in years past is a shadow of its former self. It has become more time, money, and hassle than I'm prepared to put up with.
I have the following race gear. If I don't get decent offers now, I'll try again in the fall when demand is likely to be higher:
Rossi WC 9x GS, circa 2005 (race skis haven't changed nearly as much as the other stuff...) 180, 21m radius, Rossi FKS heel and Axial toe. Virtually unmarked top and bottom (tiny bit of tip chatter marks).
Rossi WC 9s SL, circa 2006, 165, 12m radius, Rossi Axial. Even less evidence of use than the GSs. They look fresh off the rack.
Volkl P9 DH, 223, circa 1990, 9/10, ESSVar. Speed limit? Nein.
Scott DH poles, 9/10, hardly used.
Shin pads, never used.
Swix hand protectors, used once or twice.
Jofa helmet system, circa 1995, black, large, with speed-event face guard, single-bar SL face guard, and forehead bumper. Cosmetically excellent, too Darth Vader-looking for freeskiing.
Spyder speed suit, circa 1994, 7/10, large (I'm 6'-180#, and it's a little baggy on me).
Spyder underpad half-shirt, XL, looks new.
Retro Canadian National Team SL outfit, circa 1990. Schneider padded bibs and Spyder sweater in psychedelic multicolor style. Wow 'em at the Oldtimers race.
Juniors, Masters, who needs race boards?
