Head Raptor 130rs canting and flex adjust

I'm confused about how to adjust the cant.  Do I take the screws completely out of the cant adjustment bolts and turn the bolts with a screwdriver in the direction of the + or -? Should I be wearing the boots while adjusting the cant? I also want to put antoher bolt in the back of the boot to stiffen to 130 flex. Do I have to perfect the cant before doing this or will the cuff move with the flex adjustment bolts in it.  The boots came bolted to a 120 flex.  I can't find any instructions on how to make these adjustments in the manual that came with the boots, on the head website or anywhere on line.

Thank you.

     skb4k,

This adjustment is not really canting it is intended to align the shaft of the boot shell (remove the liner) with the leg---loosen the rear bolts/bolt then adjust the shell to position the leg in the center, someone else will need to turn the cams,  Hopefully this will bring your skis to a flat position when you just stand on them---some times it won't.  If it won't then true canting may need to be done to flatten the ski (find a boot fitter).
