Yup. The Jackson bus service is excellent. I stayed at Teton Village and it was always super easy to run into town for groceries, dinner or whatever.

I hadn't mentioned it because he was asking about JH versus Breck, but I should have! Big Sky is a fantastic compromise actually. I just spent last week there with my siblings and a sizeable group of their friends. At both Big Sky and Moonlight Basin, there was ample skiing for people in the group of ALL abilities, we had fun in town, and extremely good times were had by all. I absolutely love JH and hope to go back more since I live so much closer than ever before, but I'm becoming quite partial to Big Sky now that I'm calling that home. Freaking fantastic place for a ton of reasons.

I love Big Sky, but it doesn't have much apres ski.

if you travel the last week of March Apres ski won't be a problem for Big Sky since lots of bears are gonna be there for the gathering! Might be a great opportunity to meet and ski with a lot of folks from here!

Prob too late, but as someone currently in CO, I would highly recommend Breckenridge for Spring Break if you have a group of casual (intermediate) skiers who also value partying. Breckenridge is a super fun town, beats anything else for singles under 30.

JHole just doesn't have the night life, better known for advanced skiing than blues.

Aspen is a weird, snobby town that is currently loaded with Euro people with strange ideas. That opinion is as of a couple of days go, may or may not be a running thing. Everyone I spoke to in Aspen had a European accent and many did not speak English. Mountain is good for intermediates, town setup sucks IMO. Expensive!

Steamboat is nice for intermediates but has a powerful cowboy theme, best bring your boots son! lol. It's snowing a lot up there next weekend though, or so the forecasts say. Bet chance to actually pickup a girl though - mix was close to even here whereas it's the standard 75% male population everywhere else.

Breckenridge has a good party scene and has gotten good snow the last few weeks. It's icy right now but a powerful storm system is rolling in middle of next week - impacts your trip. If you want advanced terrain, just hike up from Imperial - Lake Chutes rule! Fun cornice drops, snow up there still soft. intel as of yesterday, Thurs Mar 14.

Have fun!
