Shins hurting, tried everything, please HELP!

So I bought my boots and custom foot beds a few years ago from snow and rock. I did a season with them and my shins hurt so much I couldn't ski for the last month.

Now I'm doing another season and am determined to sort them out! They were a 120 flex so incase this was the issue I took out some screws on the heal that reduce the flex and snow and rock took out a part of the inside of the boot to reduce the flex even more. They are now probably in the region of 90 flex. After skiing on them they started to hurt so I went to the local ski shop in the resort I'm working in. The guy their put something under the foot bed just under the heal to push my shins forward in the boot. Still hurt. Then used epitact. Still hurt. Then splashed out and got custom boot liners, STILL HURT! I also bought expensive socks and have even changed my style of skiing in an effort to reduce shin bang but after all of this, 5 hours of skiing, even after a few days rest, my shins hurt. Soooo frustrating. The only thing left to try is to buy new boots.

Hurting shins obviously cause me to lean back more compounding the issue of shin bang. By the way the buckles are done up maybe just a little tighter than normal.

Please please please help! I've currently spent round €450 and although there is a a slight improvement it's still very much a problem.

Thanks in advance,

Hamish
