Are there any instructors out there heading to (or considering) Melbourne Australia. That are level 3 and above that have real snow experience + endless ski slope experience?

Tons.  You will be amazed at the calibre of pros in Aus. There are very few places that Northern Hemisphere pros can teach (compared to the numbers willing to go) in the summer (Aus/NZ/Chile/Argentina is about it), particularily if you dont speak spanish (that leaves you with Aus or NZ).  Request a foreginer...almost guaranteed to be a L3 or higher.

Don't know why a ski instructor would consider Melbourne, Cairns is nicer in winter.  If looking for an instructor on snow try Mt Buller, Hotham, Falls Creek, Thredbo or Perisher Blue; they tend to have snow between July and September.

I assumed you meant Buller...but reading it again...do you actually mean in Melbourne?  To teach on a dry slope?

Thanks for responding really appreciate your time...

Rollo87 - I presume you'll be up there all winter, have you tried the indoor endless slope?

Skidude72 - yes I did mean to work in our indoor ski school in Melbourne. In Europe these kind of centres are seasonal, but here the customers are wanting to use us all year round, only downside is our wonderful talented staff get a bit hard to find in summer as they are chasing the cold stuff all over the other side of the world frown.gif but they come back such better instructor's so we don't mind too much. But definitely looking forward to some foreigners to stop on our doorstep to do some instructing over our winter wink.gif

Taxman - Thanks for your input, most Aussie instructors' don't have any experience on and indoor slope. And also finding those higher level instructors is proving to be difficult.
