Identifying Raichle Triflex TF5: Good Flexons or Bad Flexons?

I have a pair of Raichle Triflex TF5s, bought in late 1997, and I'm wondering if I they are the "good" Flexons that I  should consider reviving with a new liner or the "bad" Flexons I saw referenced in a post about similar-era Raichles:

http://www.epicski.com/t/99374/any-danger-in-skiing-in-ancient-raichle-boots

I have attached a couple of photos to help the identification. The tongue (not pictured) says PowerFlex.

If they are the good Flexons, how dangerous is it that

a) the heels are worn down

b) there is a crack extending halfway across one of the tongues, and can I use a FullTilt tongue to replace it?

Thanks!

good or bad:   good is what works for you.

but that is NOT the same as the current fulltilt boots, and was not made for many years.   parts will be a HUGE PITA to find

why not find some new boots, with new heels, liners, buckles, and not cracked tongues?  seems easier...
