With Nordica's strong line up over the past several years, I'm not surprised that they continue to be innovative in offering great skis for the women.  The 2014 Cinnamon Girl is an example of how Nordica is amping up their ski line for women.   The Cinnamon Girl has been in their line up for a few years but this new version is not the old girl.  She's built off of the Firearrow platform with a wood core and two bands of carbon which lend to her incredibly quick carving and superior performance on the front side.
I was fortunate enough to have this ski in my possession for a few days, one of which I was participating in a ski teaching clinic, doing slow speed demonstrations.  The second day was a groomer day filled with fun fast arcs.  The Cinnamon Girl delivered whatever I asked of her when I pushed her and when I slowed things down.
If you're looking for a light weight, quick turning front side ski, the Cinnamon Girl is just for you.
