Thread Starter

I haven't seen that anyone has posted this on Epic yet.

Pretty cool video:

He seems to be traversing quite a bit between some of the turns and his ski-to-snow contact needs some work...  Looked like he has some decent balance skills though.

Cool video. I can't imagine turning my back to those epic lines to ski a decrepit, graffti-spackled building, but that definitely makes it interesting to watch.

Had forgotten how spectacular Whittier is.  Pretty much all of Prince Williams is like that.  Cool poaching video.

The old barracks still stand, surprised they aren't condos yet

That's nothing.  Couple of snowboarders near me built a kicker onto a staircase with no snow on it. They were doing some very impressive face plants on the road at the bottom of the stairs. But seriously that was impressive.  I'm waiting for someone to say it isn't real skiing.

Awesome segment of JP Auclair in Sherpa's All.I.Can. movie last year, I don't get tired of watching it.  icon14.gif

That, right there, was a moment in skiing, that we should all remember.  Awesome.  J.P Auclair is a legend.

Started watching and was like, this looks familiar.  It's a re-edited segment from the Level One movie Sunny.

Logan did the building segment as an homage to JP's urban segement.

At 49 seconds you can see the words "Thank you JP" spray painted on the wall.

Nice vid, Bob.  I remember that WWII barracks from a trip to AK to my brother's wedding in '96.  We rode a train to get to Whittier, then traipsed down to the waterline to catch a cruise boat out to the glacier fields.  What an awesome day trip that was.  I didn't realize how beat up the interior of that place is.
