Are Look 3D forza bindings indemnified?

Are the Look 3D Forza bindings indemnified?  If no, why not?  I love my bindings, they have avoided my knees from blowing out and I find it hard to trust in something new especially when these are metal (not cheap breakable plastic) and work great.  But I got new boots which are a slightly different size and don't really fit in the bindings.  If these aren't indemnified, can I just remount the toe slightly forward to make due?  If so, any advice on the remount process?

The only one of that generation that is still indemnified is the zr r which is the 18 din metal versions. I agree they are very good bindings, I have about 40 pair myself. As far as remounting they, my advise is to be careful and use a drill stop so you don't go through the ski.
