Mounting Point vs Delta on Rockered Skis

Thread Starter

I recently bought a pair of Bushwackers, and I'm considering my binding options.  I've read quite a bit about the effects of different mounting positions and delta angles, specifically this article:  http://www.epicski.com/a/ski-binding-placement-fore-aft.

The fore/aft adjustability of the Schizo bindings is appealing to me, but I'm wondering how this system might work on a rockered ski like the Bushwacker.  Since it skis like a shorter ski (often times has less ski touching the snow), would the effects of fore/aft adjustment be exaggerated compared to a traditional ski?

The normal Griffons, on the other hand, have delta angle adjustability.  I'm wondering if this might be more valuable on a rockered ski.

Any opinions?

I have Cochises and mounted Griffons on the recommended line works great for me. If the ski is sized right the recommended mounting point should work for most people. Keep it simple.
