Demo bindings - adjusting for centre point?

Thread Starter

I just picked up some Scott Crusade skis on eBay for a decent price. They come with Tyrolia Sympro SP 130 bindings. Am I right in thinking that these demo bindings will allow me to mover the centre point backwards or forwards a couple of cm? If so, any rules of thumb as to why (and undr what conditions) I might want to do this? I do get the feeling with some skis I've rented in the last couple of years that I would have preferred the binding to be a little further forward, but I've never been able to put it to the test.

Forward for quicker turning. Back for softer snow and longer turns.

Make sore to move them forward and back in small increments (1/2 cm) till you find what you like.
