Yes, im trying to figure out the model of my skies.

Sorry, I compeltely missed that in the title.  I assume the skis have a serial number so you could use that and contact Head to ask them.  There may also be more information under the binding.  I know my Nordica Steadfasts have quite a lot of writing describing the Hell and Back series right under the binding so it was only readable before the bindings were mounted.

Going waaaaaay out on a limb here, but maybe your skis are a Head brand, Race IS model (google is your friend wink.gif)

I wild guess would be that they are a sibling to the iWorldcup and SuperShape models.  Perhaps a recreational race ski?  Looks like an SL sidecut.

Don't rly see serial number anywhere, yeah possible that some info lies underneath the bindings but I won't be taking them off so I guess its kinda useless.

Where did you get them?  They could be a demo/rental fleet model that wasn't sold to the general public.  Anyway, I still say they look like a recreational or junior race model of the iSL or iWorldcup.

How old are they?  Manufacturers usually put serial numbers on the tail or the sidewalls.

What are the letters on the tails under the second "Race"?

Edit: To me it looks like it is most likely something from Head's 2006 line up.  Possibly a consumer/rental version of the WC i.Race?

I have checked the tails very precisely.

First of all it is iC not iS, sorry my bad.

Heres everything thats written on the tails:

iC Race

Length 156   Radius 12,3

Dimensions 111,2-63,1-93,8

Fiber Jacket

US PAT NOS  5,656,882 and 5,857,694

The model is  "Head i.c. race"     High intermediate carver (EDIT: adult ski, not junior)  from 2004/2005.     Not sold in the US AFAICT, more of a Euro shop special.

They don't say 'XRC'  because they are not part of the skicross line.

The 2006 i RACE with the Worldcup graphics was a totally different ski.

In order: from memory, confirmed from spreadsheets I compiled for myself and friends back in 2004 and 2005,  confirmed by reference  to 2003-2006 ski tests, confirmed by archived price links to shop sales such as  found here http://www.schnaeppchenfuehrer.at/archiv/sport169.htm (Week of Dec. 6-12  2004)
