Horrible pain. Lange RS 130

Hello,  I have a very big problem, I bought a pair of Lange RS 130 (97mm), and replaced the original insole, for  a conformable footbed ,custom sidas insoles. In my first day skiing, I am getting horrible pain, in the final 5th metatarsul, in the bone, middle lateral foot. My foot is narrow, 97mm wide or less, Where is the problem? Thank you.

impossible to say without seeing the foot and the boot, there could be many causes...

shell too narrow

shell too wide (foot moving)

footbed not made correctly

footbed not interfaced correctly to the boot

cuff alignment problem

general alignment problem

etc etc, best thing is to get back to your boot fitter (or A boot fitter if you bought on line) and let them take a look to see what is going on, sure there will be some break in but you should not have a crippling pain in that area

Thank you. Never I had  any problem with the ski boots. In this case, the pain in the tuberosity of 5th metatarsal bone continued  with the boot unbuttoned and maybe more intensive at the chairlift.
