Complete Ski Noob sorry first time skiier

I leave for a week in Bulgria on the 2nd of Feb, i have bought a 

couple of pairs of ski goggles, now they both have a yellow layer 

on tue inside that looks like it should be peeled off? can someone please advise

 me if this is correct or is it a required part of the goggles/ anti fog. thanks

Thanks for the reply, in work atm. just wondered if others have removed this yellow film

 

Its all bubbly you see and affects visibility

Can be storage protective layer that should be removed, especially if it obstructs visibility.

But I cant be sure without seeing it.

The seller said it shud be removed but wanted to be sure, il post an image later when i get home. but it looks flimsy and thin and not apllied properly if it where a permanent fixture. thanks for the reply again. appreciate it.
