Hello

I plan to take my kids and family to Jackson Hole Mountain Ski Resort and was looking for recommendations on hotels. We plan to spend 7 days there. No car. Ideally something below $150 a day and near some restaurants/etc we can walk to. Preferred kid and family friendly.

Shuttle service to Resort also.

Thank you !

Check out the Bob Peters Jackson Hole resort article and be sure to scroll down to the review.  You will find accomodations are in two flavors, expensive and extravagantly expensive, so you probably won't be in Teton Village at $150 per day.

I'm sure someone will be along with some beta on the Jackson hotel scene, but most are family friendly and the major chains will do a shuttle.

My wife and I just booked a 5-day trip to Jackson for February.  We are staying at Lodge at Jackson Hole, which appears to be a very nice Best Western.  It is 1mi from the town square, is a shuttle stop for the town shuttle that takes you to and from Teton Village (ski base), and has a package deal for lift tickets and shuttle to and from airport as well as ski hill depending on how many nights you are staying.

We think it will offer a decent town environment but still be fairly economical relative to most of the places at either the mountain base at Teton Village, or the nicest hotels nearest to the town square.

Haven't been there yet, but after my research it won my vote.  I tend to never go too cheap since I often don't get more than one trip every year or every other year, and I also don't go too swank as I'd rather spend my money on something like an incredible elk medallion and some nice wine or beer.  The price at this place seems competitive for how nice it looks.

The Lodge is no longer a Best Western.  With a budget of $150 per night unlikely you'll find lodging at Teton Village.  Another good option is the Homewood Suites by Hilton.  They at least provide breakfast everyday and dinner M-Th.  With a free ski shuttle to the mountain resort and all suites, the value can't be beat.  They also have high praises on Trip Advisor.  And they are walking distance to the town square, unlike the Lodge that is a mile away.
