New Skis and Bindings.

Hello, I just joined this forum because I'm hoping to get more into skiing.

Ive always skied when i was younger, but never bought my own skis (I didn't have any money, and i knew i would just grow out of them)

So I was given a pair of older skis they are Nordica Enforcers not sure what year, and they have Marker Squire bindings on them.

I just wanted to know if anyone knew how these skis are, as in performance or skiing type, or what i should be expecting form them. Remember i have only skied on rentals.

I'm glad i found this forum, because I have already learned a lot, and thanks for any responses!

Welcome to EpicSki!  Would probably help to know a little about where you ski.  What region and what type of terrain do you like?

Use the Tag (right of Post #1) to see basics about the 2012 Enforcer.  Scroll down to see relevant threads.  Might find something useful depending on how much that ski changed over the years.

The Nordica Enforcer is a versatile ski with enough sidecut to perform well on the groomers and enough width to be pretty fun when you want to play around off piste.

Knowing if these are good for you depends a bit on your size, what kind of skiing you like to do and where you plan on skiing.  What length are the skis?

Thank you for the quick response,

I ski around the Tahoe area, and sometimes up at Shasta. Ive only done West coast skiing,

I'd say im around intermediate to advance, and prefer more of the downhill skiing, but trying to learn freestyle.

The skis are 169, and i'm about 150lbs at 6' foot tall.

Oh i found out what year the skis are they are 2010/2011 Nordica Enforcers
