All Mountain Twin Tip for youth

Howdy, my 13 year old son has given up on ski racing and now has been doing terrain park stuff for the last couple of years. He is currently using some second hand Rossignol Scratch at about a 155 cm length. Since his younger sister is racing and gets all the new gear, I feel I should get him another pair of skis that will let him ski all mountain type stuff and some moguls. His scratch get banged up on rails, etc, so I feel no urge to do much tuning on them. This other pair of skis would ideally be used for when we ski as a family and he has to motor to keep up with Lil Sis. Any suggestions for a good skiing, well rounded and turny twin tip? Older stock new gear would be my 1st preference.

My 12 year old daughter skis on K2 Bad Seeds 149 cm. We live in Warren Vt. (Sugarbush) She can ski !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She loves these things. The graphics are a bit over the top............Purple and green monsters regurgitating odd fluids and other items all over the tops....These twin tips handle the steepest bumpiest trails and excel in powder...she is one of the finest 12 year old skiers in this valley and she loves these skis.

The LINE Mastermind is a great ski for that age skier. There are a few 157cm 2012 models online for around 240.00usd, (Coloradoskishop.com). My 13 yr old is on his second season on them and loves them here in Northern NY and VT.. They are 85 under foot, camberd with a nice sidecut. He has been skiing for 8 years. They are a quality caped ski that will hold a good edge when layed over, but have a nice flex. They have also held up to the punishment from that age skier and hold a tune well, even in the park. He is 65" and 105sh lbs on the 157 so he will only get two yrs out of them, but for 350usd for the 2013(same ski different graphics), I am handing these down to my daughter and grabbing the 167cm. I think any beginner/intermediate twin will work fine, but I can vouch for this ski. Good luck
