Breck Visit - January 27-29 (Ski Days)

Hello all,

I know I don't post on here, but I have read everything I can for the last couple of years, and really enjoy the community of people willing to help out on here.

I will be in Breck January 27-29 (ski days) and would love to find people to ski with. I usually ski with a "lesson" group, but my wife and are were extremely lucky to have had a beautiful daughter about a year ago, so this trip I am trying to not spend as much money.  If anyone will be in Breck/Keystone during those days, I would love to meet up and ski together.  I enjoy the steeper terrain, but do not believe the Chutes are for me yet.  I prefer to stay off the Groomers, and enjoy bowl skiing and even the bumps more than the groomers.

I know it is pretty late notice, but if any of you might be interested in skiing with a "Texan" then let me know. I go with my wife, but she will not ski much this year since we are bringing our daughter, and she usually just stays on the Greens and drinks Hot Chocolate every hour or so. Not fun for me at all.

Hope to hear from some of you.

Bobby

I will be there during that time and would also like a ski buddy.

If interested, PM me and we can exchange info.

Thanks,

I would suggest that you stay on the groomers or rent skis with the insurance because if it's not groomed you will do serious damage to your skis.  The snow is not good and anything not groomed will have lots of stumps, rocks and dirt patches in it.  Pray for snow but be prepared for the worst.  I'd ski with you but I'm out of town and I don't ski Breck unless forced to by my kids race team practice.  Good luck, have fun and hope for snow..lots of it.
