Found Scimitars easier to carve on that Blizzard carving ski?

I have a pair of Blizzard 8.7s and skiied a set of Rossignol Scimitar skis this weekend.  I actually found the Scimitars much easier to carve on.  I am an all mountain skier 6 ft, 195lbs, and was surprised at the performance.

Do you mean much easier to get into a carve? Much easier to hold an edge as you carved? Easier to release at the end? The 8.7's are a significantly stiffer, heavier ski, and if you have the versions before early rise (or even after), they're gonna be way more demanding about mechanics. They'll also hold at higher speeds and on harder surfaces, but that's another story.

Much easier going into a carve and releasing at the end.  I dont know if cause I am taller the wider ski helped or not but was surprised at how well they performed for my application.
