Good ski boot for male intermediate skier?

Thread Starter

I have really crappy boots now that are almost imposible to get on. Looking for something cheep that i can buy to replace them. I like the brands Salmon and Head, I've never tried their boots. But, my dad says Salmons are comfortable and I had Head skis that I likes a lot. The Salomon Quests look nice, but not really wanting to spend that much. The can be a few years old, I have no problem with anything used. I ski mostly blues and blacks occasionally but usually by accident. So I would consider myself intermediate?? I am just looking for suggestions for boot that I can pick up on Ebay for $50 to $150 bucks. New or Used. I want something comfortable, versatile, and easier to get on.

Thoughts on these:

No one here is going to suggest anything other than going to see a competent bootfitter. We don't do internet boot fitting here.
