I have a 13 year old son who is in his second season of skiing and is somewhere between a level 4 and 5 skier (closer to 4).  He's 4'-10" and weighs 90 lbs.  Currently he's skiing a pair of 120 cm Nordica Hot Rods and I'd like to pick up a new pair of skis that are longer and more in line with his level.  I wouldn't call him an aggressive skier. His mind is ready for that type of skiing but the skills aren't there yet and probably one be for another season or two.

I was hoping I could get some recommendations.  I'd think that I'd be looking for a softer flexing ski that's easy to turn in a width around 80 mm.  I want to get a length that he can handle and also grow into.  I was thinking a 140 cm would be good (goes up to the middle of his nose).
