I really loved these skis, but I just bought a pair of powder boards better suited to my size/weight.
In Very Good condition – skied about 30 days on ‘em.
Drilled once for Look PX12s w/ a 335mm boot sole length
Appearance-wise, bases & topsheets are 8 out of 10.
The tops have a few nicks & light gouges on the edges. The bases & edges are perfect except for one minor P-tex repair at the edge.

The P4 was Scott's premier mid-fat backcountry freestyle ski, with a full wood core, slanted ABS sidewalls and twin Titanal sheets. One sheet runs the entire length of the ski & one runs through just the center third of the ski. This gives it beef underfoot while maintaining a nice progressive flex to the tip and tail. A powerful ski that’s very nimble, poppy and fun.
Thanks to a nimble sidecut, twin tip and early-rise Pro Tip profile (not rockered, just an exaggerated early-rise tip). These things really grab hardpack well for a 108mm waisted ski. Quick edge-to-edge, but stable at speed, these float through powder, blast through chunky crud and rip solid arcs on the groomers.
These would make a perfect all-mountain ski back East or at smaller western resorts – wide & floaty enough for pow days, but grippy enough for everyday groomer skiing.
Scott really nailed it with this ski. During its 4-year run, the only thing they changed was the graphics.
