New Boots, great fit other than minor Instep Pressure. Will Liner pack out solve this?

I just got a pair of Salomon Ghost 120 CS and they fit almost perfect. Width and Length fit like a glove, but I have some slight pressure on the instep. Its not too bad. probably only 1mm too tight instep.

Ive been looking around on threads on various ski forums, and Im seeing that this is exactly how high performance boots are supposed to fit out of the box. Will Instep Pressure decrease a tiny bit with pack out?

I am trying to stay away from Heating the shell.

yes,  this will pack out a bit.   keep the buckle looser, thinner sock, and make sure your heel is back all the way
