Purchased it on e-bay but it shipped from Hong Kong -- took a few weeks to arrive. I probably have about a dozen diecast snowcats from various sources. First one I ever bought was in St. Anton, Austria back in 1996. Three others I found at a toy store in Breck. Another one was from the ski museum in New Hampshire.

They are much easier to find now with the internet.

I bought one of these model Peak to Peak Gondola cars when I was at Whistler last year for $25. Makes a great paper weight They also sell model snow cats.

Maybe I won't buy one -- shipping to the US is something like $40! Way more than the items costs.

NEW ACQUSITIONS - Bought a Pisten Bully 400 Model while visiting the Colorado Ski Museum in Vail last week. Also purchased the model Snowmaker from Techno Alpin in Denver (they sold me the only one they had -- I think I probably have the only one in US).

Pete, Please do not run over the snow cannon!         We all might need that this season.
