Help pick up 2 pairs of skis

Hi Epicski!

I need help picking up 2 pair of skis. My current ones have gotten way too old (8+ years) and I have decided to finally get something for the groomed runs and something for slush/small powder.

I'm 5'6" (168cm), 130lbs, high intermediate to advanced skier, skiing 20-30 days a year for the last 5-6 years, but have been on skis since I was 13.

Groomers:

I don't like going crazy fast and prefer to make quick turns, I was thinking of getting carving skis something like

- Stöckli Spirit Motion 157cm (or something similar that is cheaper)

I tried my friend's K2 Lotta Luv over the weekend. They were great as far as shape but probably too heavy.

Fat:

I don't do much powder, but every now and then there is some powder on the slopes. My main reason to get these skis is for the slushy snow during the California spring (about a couple of months out of the year) but I would like to get more comfortable in powder so getting a ski that would be suitable for slush & low powder will be ideal.

I have been considering

- K2 Gotback Womens 160cm 2010/2011 or

- Volkl Karma Skis 169 cm

Those two in particular because of the brand, good reviews and because I can currently get them on craigslist at a reasonable price but am open to more suggestions.

Any advice?

Thanks much!

T.

I'm considering buying a used K2 gotbacks 2010/2011 model in good condition with look px bindings for about $240. To me sounds like a reasonable price but wanted to double check here.
