Wow, what an awesome place to be able to ski!  While I enjoy all the videos you post, this is one of the first that looks attainable for mortal skiers.

So, what would be the logisitics for a vistor to Chamonix to ski a place like that?  I assume a guide is mandatory.

Riding the Aiguille du Midi tram, walking 200m  on crampons and then skiing 20km  some  of that on a glacier.

Yes, REAL guide is a good idea, I would first recommend Jeff Banks, one of my ski testers.

 Today

If he is busy I have other friends who are qualified ;)

Awesome, thanks--One more thing to put on the life list.  Jeff looks like a good choice since he and I appear to have the same jacket.

30 years ago we were in Chamonix for a week. Tried every day to do this run

but the weather was too bad all week. A bucket list item now scratched off

What's the vertical ? 8000 ft ?

I know there are a variety of Valee Blanc routes. What is this route called in case I want to tell a guide?
