Looking for a pair of bindings to put on my SFB'S. Looking at Marker Baron or Marker Griffon. Not sure if having the AT option is worth it can anyone help or have some in put please.

Do you plan on doing some AT skiing? If you are, then an AT binding would be great.

If you don't plan on AT skiing, then an alpine setup will be fine.

Even the best 'AT' bindings ski like crap compared to a nice alpine binding, if you really want to be able to skin with this set up then sure, mount a Baron or Guardian or Adrenaline, if you don't have specific desire to tour then put a 'real' binding on it and you will be way happier with the way it skis.

I don't know. My griffons and my barons ski very similar to one another. They barons are solid.

I have Barons on a pair or Saloman Sentinal's and do not feel a diferance from my race ski s,as far as the bindings, I am sure the differance is the ski's not the binding. The Marker Baron is a good binding and would recommend to someone who may want to skin on occasion.
