EpicMix Photos?

Has anyone else out there had a problem with their EpicMix photos never posting to their account? I've only ever bothered to stop and have my picture taken twice, and both times the pictures never showed up. The first time was last season at Heavenly during a snow storm and I just did it to see how it worked. The second time was on Christmas Eve this year at Northstar with my wife.  The pics never posted to either of our accounts and my wife is fairly pissed about it.

Any clue as to why this is happening?

you should contact epicmix.  Especially if you've haven't gotten ANY photos to work.  Is the other stuff on your pass like the daily lift statistics working?

There's a question there on what to do if you have missing photos.

We understand that capturing your experience of a lifetime is important to you. Our free EpicMix Photo feature is brand new technology that is still being tested and improved as the season continues.

If you are missing photos it may be due to the following reasons:

The photo was out of focus
The photo was over or under exposed
The photo contained inappropriate content
The photo was lost due to technical error

If you are experiencing missing on-mountain photos from Epic Mix, please provide us with the following information in order for us to attempt to retrieve them for you: Please be sure to leave the questions on this form and place your details after the words in BOLD.

1. Your Pass Number (Required)
2. Resort (Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Keystone, Heavenly, Northstar)
3. Location on mountain (top of Eagle Bahn Gondola, River Run base area, top of Comstock Express, in front of Wildwood Restaurant, etc.)
4. Date & Day of the Week

7. Skiers/Snowboarders?  Was gear in the photo?
8. Description of the clothing each person was wearing (Required, please be specific to help us search)
9. Gender of photographer and name if possible
10. Email address

Yeah, all of my daily lift stats have worked perfectly.  Thanks for the advice about sending an e-mail. I'll shoot one off to them asap and see what happens.

I received a similar e-mail, but I think it was something about publishing the pins you earn and all of that crap to facebook.

I have run into issues with some pics from Northstar that were taken at the top of Comstock due to the radio towers, or so they say. All in all, I think it is a great program and we have gotten many good shots with our favorite being the one from our wedding...

Funny you mention the location, because the top of Comstock is exactly where the picture was taken.  My wife is pissed because she is still very much a beginning skier and has a lot of trouble getting down from the top of Northstar.  She freezes up on anything even moderately steep.  She wanted to get this picture and not see the top of the mountain again until she was more comfortable with steeper terrain.

Congrats on the nuptials, btw. My wife and I got married up in Tahoe as well, but she insisted on a summer wedding on the beach in South Lake. biggrin.gif
