Best Time to Get fitted for boots (morning or after a day of skiing)?

So I'm going to buy a pair of boots this weekend and am wondering when is the best time to get fitted. We'll be getting in at night and skiing the next day. Is it better to get fitted that first morning or wait until after the day of skiing/the second morning? We will be skiing for 3 days.

I know feet swell throughout the day and didn't know if that would be a factor. Also is it better to have a day of skiing fresh on your mind before going in?

Thanks in advance!

first thing,   more then anything so you can get a bit of time in on the boots, and come back for adjustments as needed
