OK, i am now getting more proficient at doing things with one hand while my wrist mends and with all the new snow we have been getting in Tahoe (I must have cleared 3 feet form the deck and driveway on Saturday) I reckon it is time to get the 185 Patrons mounted up. I have a set of Tyrolia 130 demos i was going to put on to give me soem flexibility to play with fore/aft positioning. However after taking another look at them they seem to have a LOT of ramp angle so will maybe revert to the original plan and stick on a set of Tyrolia FF17s or Solly 916s I have.
I usually prefer a mount slightly forward of center but would welcome some thoughts from those who have experience with the Patrons.
Oh, me, 165#, 5'8", normally on a race ski, so default style is to drive from the tip of the ski. The Patrons will be used for powder days, trees and Chutes.
