foot pain (but only for the first 15min)

Hello

Its my 2nd year skiing and Ive finally got to ski more than 2 days in a row.

Good news is that Ive survived and the bad news is that some strange prob is happening: I have an atomic LF90, with blue superfeet, and they were ok for the last 10 days on snow, but the last 3 days ita happening that right after I put the boot I feel some generalized pain (except maybe in the toes). I feel like removing the boot and nothing friggin helps alleviating it. Then after some time it just stops and I go skiing all the day like nothing happened! Heck I don't even need to unbuckle at lunch time.

This is freaking me out, I have no idea why it started happening (or could even be why I started noticing)

Any ideas? Is this a classc case of needing to relax and untight the buckles?

thx

always difficult to say without seeing the foot and the boot, the live fit is a pretty high volume boot, i would guess that it may be warm up related, maybe a few stretches of your ankles and feet before you put the boots on might help.... alternatively if it only lasts 15mins then you could say you are a lot luckier then some people who have not asked a question like this and suffer all the time

if it is a cramp type pain then maybe your mineral salt level is not balanced, bananas can help potassium levels and reduce cramping
