bit diameter for drilling Blizzard Bushwackers

I am wondering if anyone here knows whether or not Bushwackers have metal sheets in them that require a 4.1 mm drill bit and a tap.  I know that I can drill with a 3.5mm bit and see if I get metal, but I am not using a jig, and it is easier to keep the hole centered if I don't have to enlarge it.

A quick google search suggests that there is some metal at least underfoot, although Blizzard's site doesn't mention metal.  Drill one hole with 3.6mm and see if there is metal?  I've not had problems enlarging 3.6mm holes to 4.1mm, the drill bit automatically centers in the old hole (at least with my stepped bits from Tognar toolworks).
