Just got back from Utah.

First thing first: Before I went there I read many reviews on this very forum about places I was going to hit.  These reviews pointed out "bullying locals" and suggested that they act as if they owned the place.  Let me tell you something.  None of this is true.  These people were some of the nicest people I met.

The trip was a blast.  I hit Alta twice, Snowbird, and Brighton (this place was better than reviews suggest on this forum).  Untouched snow in many locations.  I got to climb many peaks.  Shot videos and skied down from those peaks on some beautiful snow.  The cherry on top was meeting Oakley White-Allen at Snowbird.

Will try to come back this year.

please tell me, what is a "bullying local"?  in Utah, huh?

Brighton is a great mountain, it's just not that it's on the 1st string.  No reason not to go there(unless you are looking for an elegant base lodge)  I've skied there many times and will be back there again.

Bullies in Utah? What is this, grade school??

I've been all of Utah and only met kind and great locals and I'm a New Yorker, so they'd have ever reason to be nasty to me;)
