Boots with wide forefoot but lower upper cuff volume and good ankle hold?

I have a wide forefoot and fairliy narrow heel and lower leg.  I've been trying various boots, but wondering if anyone has a suggestion for something that might work for my situation in a performance boot.  Former FIS racer, looking for some more comfort (compared to a full on race boot) but around a 120 flex.  Tried some Head Vector LTD's today, and upper cuff was still not tight enough with the catches all the way tight and the buckles all the way tight.  The forefoot can be punched, obviously, but harder to take up excess upper cuff volume...

race boot and make the forefoot bigger....

just about every brand makes a boot that will be close, and then a good boot fitter can make the tight bits wider...

better option would be find a good fitter who deals with race boots and let them guide you, just trying on endless boots will end in confusion and possibly the wrong thing being bought

there is a list of fitters who contribute here at the top of the forum, if there is no one near you then let us know where you are, we may be able to point you in the right direction

I should have been more clear... I certainly will not be embarking on this without a good fitter.  However, shops can not carry all the brands, I was curious if anyone had any general reccomendation for my issue so I don't perhaps miss a good option that my primary shop may not sell.

Thanks
