Bootfitter Recommendation for Columbus, OH

I have a family member who wants new boots.  Anyone have a recommendation for a bootfitter in the Columbus area?  He will travel if necessary.

There's Geiger's in Chagrin Falls.  That's about how far I drove last year to buy boots.

If willing to drive to Pittsburgh, sounds like there is a very good boot fitter there.

This is the link to the website that works in 2012.  The boot fitter is in Gibsonia.  Learned about him because he recently posted to a thread by someone looking for boots in Pittsburgh.

Geiger's is just blocks from my home. Ask for Gordon Geiger or Jason. Additionally if your relative makes it to Holiday Valley in western NY try Mud Sweat and Gears or the City Garage. Both have talented Bootfitters on staff.

My last pair of boots were fitted at Gieger's and they did a very good job in my opinion. My current boots came from Mud Sweat and Gears and I'm very happy with them too. Can't go wrong either way.

Stop by Aspen Ski and Board at Polaris right here in Columbus. Ask for either Chad or Chris. They have taken care of me for years as well as many of the instructors at Mad River Mountain.
