Full face to keep my face.  Hunter is an excellent place to wear one since skiing there at times is like negotiating a metro NY expressway.  I witness plenty of blood spilled every time I am there to support this,

I wear a full face helmet because I only use a Sit Ski, last thing I want is the ski which weighs 30lbs to hit me in the face which it has done before and broken my jaw. I take the sun visor off to to prevent it from digging in the snow as it causes major neck injuries. As for yourself I wouldn't bother. A good quality helmet will do the job smile.gif

If someone wears a full-face helmet how will anyone see that their neck gaiter is pulled up over their face, even though it's 60 degrees out?

I saw a couple of kids rocking storm trooper helmets at Lake Placid over New Year's and really, really wanted one! Who cares what people think, as long as it's not patently offensive. Incidentally, I'm a 40 year old man with a respectable job, and yes, I would SO wear one :)

Hey Man, that breeze from whipping down the mountain at 15mph gets nippy!
