One of the areas we regularly frequent while on our Idaho Tour is Grand Targhee.  As of this morning, they've already received 113" of snow this season with a 49" base and more on the way.  Grand Targhee never seems to disappoint!  We spent a few days there last season and had this to show for it.  Not only did we spend a day skiing the resort, as shown here:



But we also got to spend a day cat skiing in the area adjacent to the main area.  This was pretty cool as it consists of cut ski runs as well as gladed trees but with no one else to share it with.  Talk about your own Private Idaho!  This was definitely a must-do when it's snowing and you want all the untracked to yourself.  Here's what we found:
