That's what spray paint's for...

Basic black - goes with anything.

BBR's could be good candidates for the stealth treatment as well.  ;)

On a side note, the BBR's are going for huge discounts this year. I saw 70% off sometimes.

So one could say they will not go down as one of the most loved skis in the history of Alpine skiing.

But oh well, if someone likes it a lot, now is the time to get an exact spare BBR for when your current BBR wears out

2nd hand info from a fellow patroller.  He liked his BBRs in deep western snow (Big White BC IIRC), but not so much on Ontario hardpack.  I don't know how many days he skis, but to my eye he is a capable skier.

It was pretty obvious the moment they showed an SX92 as a touring boot.

Proclivity to believe and susceptibility to misdirection - deadly combination!

But then a lot of advertising depends on that, not just April Fools' pranks.   ;-)

As far as the Dog Fur goes, I once owned a Samoyed mix dog that shed a lot of white and beige fur. I collected a bunch of fur and gave it to a knitter friend who spun it into dog fur wool and then knitted me a toque. Only problem was that the toque would shed.:(

As far as the Coors energy beer, I had the notion years ago that if they put vitamin C in beer then they would have a lot more healthy heavy drinkers.

Skiing Taos roughly a month ago, I was struck by how many BBR's I saw on the slopes. It seems a rental shop pulled the trigger on a ton of them, but there were a lot that were privately owned too (as well of some selling for blowout prices at the shops we ducked into).

I think the Salomon rep down there has a bit of the "selling snow to an Eskimo" touch.
