Is the skia "sweet spot" trainer (new epic sponsor http://www.skia.com/) correctly promoting the center of the boot as the sweet spot with regards to fore/aft balance?
I have seen many positive comments about the product helping to improve balance, but a few have suggested that it might promote the "outhouse" position-
" you can't flex at the ankle and press shins into front of boot as you would when skiing (or at least I can't without immediately losing balance on the sweetspot trainer) so movement has to be mostly from knees and hips, which is not best practice when skiing. It encourages counter-balancing by pushing out your bum when flexing up and down which is something I really need to do less." http://snowheads.com/ski-forum/viewtopic.php?t=87808#2150253
