Instructor Recommendations for Private Lessons in New Hampshire

For someone who has been away from the sport for a while and is looking to really commit and accelerate their re-learning curve (and beyond), so investing the dollars for private lessons. Considering the cost though reluctant just to blindly pick a mountain and make a reservation, so I'm looking for suggestions/reviews/etc.

Cannon, Wildcat, Black, etc. are most convenient, we live in Boston.

Thanks!

Welcome to EpicSki!  Where did you learn to ski?  Good for you to invest in lessons.

Here's a place to start:

I learned in Vermont, Killington, Mt Snow, Haystack (rip), Stratton, Bolton, as I grew up in CT. Returning to the mountains has been awesome but knowing I'm not where I was when I left it, never mind where I'd like to get eventually can be frustrating. A day with someone experienced to guide me is probably worth 5 on my own and only havin 15 or so days a year, that could be huge to my development (I hope!).

Jeb and Matt Boyd are at Cannon -- both are demo team members, great guys, great instructors... Jeb also runs a website www.arc2arc.com.

Those brothers are great teachers.  If you get a lesson from either one of them, it'll be something special.

I was fortunate enough to attend a clinic last year and Matt was one of the clinicians and I was in his group. Great skier, great person, great coach. LF is right.
