Boot cuff ajustement on a boot with no boot cuff ajustement. How can you do it?

you can't in the normal sense of cuff adjustment, you could however have some shims between the liner and shell to equalize the gap between either side of your leg and the shell

the other thing which MIGHT be possible depending on the boot is that the rivets could be removed and a cantable rivet /screw be put in, depends very much on the boot

It is the new Salomon X Max 130, I was thinking of heating the cuff with a heat gun and placing a wedge on the interior so it would cool down and take it's place  since the molding of the lower boot was done and confortable.

did the lower shell moulding not give enough movement in the cuff, often it deforms just enough to bring the cuff in line

Yes it already helped a lot but I had a very bad racing accident on my left leg and it still was not enough.

I worked on it yesterday with the heat gun and reajusting under the sole a bit and it's almost there.

Maybe the last ajustement with the shims that you suggested will be enough for now,but the boot is fantastic

it is the first salomon (besides the labs) that are so close to a racing fit with no pain, don't even need the injected liner for the first time in many years.
