2010 Marker Jester Schizo Issue

I was just checking my Jesters with my new Langes and discovered that one of them "lost" its adjustment for the boot sole length. I thought for a moment that the 4mm difference would have caused a hand release, but I could see the difference with the boots clamped down.

Is this the death-throws of a Schizo? Cable stretch?

Curious that my ski season ended with a "pre"- release that almost took out my uphill knee.

Any info would be appreciated before I take them into the local SoFLA shop.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

Turns out that, and who knows how, the cable tensioner under the toe piece went missing. I'm no ski mechanic when it comes to this system, but no one is sure how it happened. They worked great on the last day of the season at Beaver Creek.

Peter Glenns Sports had done the mount originally and they threw in the parts gratis and just charged me $20 to reset to the new boote's.

Gremlins!
