Skied Yesterday and also the day before at Waterville Valley, as they have the top open 3400' - 4000' AMSL, and serviced by the High Country double chair. Until they can blow more snow from 3400' to the base at 2000' they are downloading you via the front detachable quad. They do have a snow patch at the base so you can put your skis on and board the front quad and access the High Country double chair and the Schwendi Hutte lodge normally. It looks like the Northside will open for Thanksgiving serviced by its double chair as the snowmaking works its way downward - and not far behind that they will work their way down to the base for top-to-bottom skiing. The front and the Sunny sides will come later.
