I'm not sure I totally understand this article, but it looks like Epic Pass is adding Eldora?
Eldora and Vail team up on a season pass deal
Vail once owned Eldora Mountain Resort. But the resort leviathan and Boulder County’s only ski area have not united since 1991. That changed earlier this month when 50-year-old Eldora and the largest resort company in the country joined forces with a pass deal for college students.
Vail’s $549 Epic Local Pass – good for unlimited skiing at Breckenridge, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, limited skiing at Lake Tahoe’s Heavenly, Northstar and Kirkwood and 10 days at Vail or Beaver Creek – now includes Eldora. The Epic Local Pass + Eldora is available to students with a current college ID at Boulder Ski Deals through Nov. 18.
“We know that students have very busy schedules and don’t always have the time for a full day of skiing and riding. We partnered with Eldora Mountain Resort on a season pass offering designed to give students greater convenience, value and variety,” said Vail Resorts spokeswoman Kelly Ladyga.
The deal adds yet another resort to the Epic Pass that has united competitors like Copper Mountain and Winter Park and more recentlyCrested Butte and Telluride in an effort to combat Vail’s popular multi-mountain pass.
