Equipment Failure - Atomic Ben Chetlers

This summer while skiing in Argentina, one of my heel plates tore loose from my 2 year old Ben Chetler skis.  I fell and dislocated my shoulder. Not sure whether this was a defect witht the ski or whether the bindings were mounted improperly.  Anyone out there ever have a similar problem?

Depends, take some pics of the damage.  Could have been a spinner(s) if the screw(s) pulled out cleanly, if it was a core failure there would be much more damage.

Most likely a bad mount. Water got in, core got wet, you went telemarking.

Like Marko said. to check that theory, if the screws are rusty, you may be screwed.
