2012 SF SnowBomb Ski & Board Festival

The San Francisco SnowBomb Ski & Board Festival was similar to last year, meeting the advertised expectations.  All participants received a couple of free lift tickets.  There were plenty of exhibitors with some of the ski resorts and industry brands offering exceptional deals.   On this warm day, plenty of cool beer was flowing from the exhibiting Northern California breweries and microbreweries.

Here are a few photos of the event:

The Fort Mason location was filled with people.

The BMX Pros thrilled the indoor crowd.

This is cool...the video is inside the Liquid Image goggles.  The mini "Ego" wireless camera looks great.

Whitedot Skis?  They are from Chamonix, appear very well made and can be seen on the FWT.   I can't wait to demo them.

Those cliffs look a bit much for me. These two claim Moonlight Basin gets unreal snow.  Another area for my bucket list.

It was a perfect San Francisco day to visit the show or go outside and gaze at Alcatraz and the Golden Gate Bridge.

Thanks for the post.  Always fun to see whats going on in the City.  Went to Couer d Alene ski show yesterday.  A little smaller.

I had a lot of fun when I went a few years ago.  I should get back there again.

Thanks for posting.
