At 192 lbs you shouldn't have troubles with the metal.
I don't have personal experience on this ski, but I may be able to answer some of your questions based on sensations I've felt on similar skis.
As for the tail being hooky, The Enforcer has a flat(ter) tail than some of the skis in its class which may help it take charge on groomers but hook up a bit in softer snow and off piste.
There are other skis in its class that have different construction, thus different feel (you mentioned one in the Bonafide), but the Enforcer has its own great construction and fun factor.

As a comparison, the Bonafide has a flat-ish tail, but it also has the flip core rocker so the tail is probably not going to be described as Hooky.
