You Know What They Say About Big Feet...

Big problems. I have been using the same pair of boots for about 3 seasons now and they just don't fit right. When I had the liners molded I think I left a little too much room in the toe area. This has lead to having no toe nails the past few seasons and having the crank the buckles as tight as they will go. On top of this the flex isn't high enough for me now and the boots look like shit.

So I am looking for a new pair. Issue is I am a size 15 shoe. I think I could get away with a size 14.5 (32ish mondo) boot. Are there any brands that carry boots up to this size that aren't all entry level or look like they are out of the 60's. If I go to a boot fitter is it possible to take a smaller boot and expand the shell slightly to accommodate my foot if I am on the edge of a size?

Basically my question is what are others with big feet doing?

sounds like your boots are too big on you, and a 14-15 shoe is usually a 30ish boot.

I think TGR was helpful about this, and I would see a boot fitter, who will get you in a smaller boot then you think you should be in, and then you DONT have to over tighten the buckles, and life is better?
